Further Photos from Epstein's Property Disclosed by Democratic Party US Legislators

Development blueprints for the financier's personal Caribbean island among the released materials.

Also included in this new image disclosure seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.

Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but subsequently obtained the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.

This visual evidence indicate he had created ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an amphitheatre, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.

Marked on the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the territory, indicated on the south-eastern section.

The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section detailing distinct parts of the estate.

Alongside the main plan are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, including layouts for marina coverings.

Additional images released as part of the current congressional release.
